Here I am again bloggin' away wondering what my life has in store for me. An update is needed and I will give y'all the low down of my life. I am here in North Dakota where the wind blows so don't wear a skirt. It has been beautiful for the whole month of October in the 60's! I never get tired of my homestead where horses seem to roam free on our land and suddenly are halted by almost invisible barbed wire. I don't get tired of the land here only I wish I had giant cliffs of sandstone or limestone, casting their shadows, to play on.
My boyfriend and I have been slacklining in order to feel like we aren't missing out on the climbing community. Yes boyfriend. For those who I don't keep in contact because you don't call, I rounded myself up a boyfriend here in North Dakota. We had been keeping in touch with each other since last year and decided that we should take the next step of friendship. Anyways I didn't think you could become a "slacker" at slacklining, but clearly today has manifested that can be done. Since being home and close to my mom and an infinite supply of provident living materials, I have found myself having an urge to suddenly make candied apples for people at my work or for Christopher's hometeachees instead of slacklining. It is strange...
I currently work at a Nursing Home as a CNA hoping to get that under my belt and get some more schooling down in the winter...all those prerequisites for nursing. I have a certification test coming up pretty soon in the next week or so... wish me luck.
P.S. If you wanted to see a picture of Christopher you can scroll down to the road trip I took in August.
